Program 
Using stories, songs, discussion and projects, the monthly Prep & Practice program explores Jewish holidays and how to engage with them in personally meaningful ways. With a changing annual theme, families begin each session together then separate into smaller age-based groups for targeted learning and exploration (including a special parents/guardians group).

Age Range: three to eight and accompanying adult/s.

This program works best for children who are accustomed to 'drop-off' programs (such as day-care) due to the program format.

We can cater to 3rd and 4th graders as well, who may be new to exploring their Jewish heritage and identity. 

This program is offered as a series, as consistent participation helps build a sense of community among this cohort. As series participants, we assume we will see registrants each session, unless told otherwise.

Registration How-To:
During registration you will be able to register your entire family/group - all adults and children.

Pricing & Payment Options:

Non-Partner Annual Tuition: $551.
Kavana Partner Annual Tuition: $350.

*Please note that the above prices are for payment by check. A 3% charge will be added if you pay by credit card. 

Enrollment in the program is subject to capacity.

While there are a lot of costs associated with running our youth and family programming, we never want tuition fees to be a barrier to participation. If you are unable to pay the full cost of registration, please contact info@kavana.org to come up with a plan.
