Being Jewish is not easy these days, and many of us are feeling a lot of anxiety.  Unfortunately, anxiety is a thief causes suffering and steals our capacity for joy, even in difficult times. Unlearning Jewish Anxiety will help you understand some common anxiety habits, using the latest neuroscience and Jewish mindfulness practices.  In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify when you’re in an anxiety habit loop.  You’ll also take away some specific tools to help you practice curiosity and compassion for yourself.  Less anxiety + less suffering = more possibility for present moment awareness and joy.
