Discussions of racism and racial justice have grown over the last year in response to the continuing murder of Black Americans by police, as well as the outcomes of Covid impacting Black people and other POC. We have so much information about how systemic racism is woven into the fabric of our society and the continuing harm that results to all of us. What role can Kavana partners have in responding and making our world equitable and kind? What does it mean to engage in this work from a Jewish place? Thank you to Kavana partners Chava Monastersky and Brian Judd, who are taking the lead on convening and facilitating this community conversation.
