We hope you will join us for this single day Shabbat Spirituality Retreat. This unique, relaxed, multi-modal, experiential retreat will be held in a home on Lake Sammamish from 10am - 7pm. We'll spend Shabbat together, starting with a Shabbat morning prayer experience. The rest of the day will incorporate yoga, meditation, song and chant experiences and some downtime to truly relax and let go.

The cost is $25 for partners and $40 for non-partners to help cover the staffing, lunch and snacks. (If Shabbat observance/driving is an issue but you'd like to participate, please let us know... there may be an opportunity for a couple of people to sleep over on Friday night in order to be able to participate for the day Saturday.)
