We continue this series with Jewish meditation on February 27th. Explore mindfulness meditation in relation to Jewish concepts and Jewish time. Many find meditation a powerful prelude to prayer, or an impactful practice on its own. This session will be appropriate for those with meditation experience and those who are new to the practice.
