Kavana's Dayenu Circle is joining Congregation Beth Shalom in volunteering to grow organic food for local food banks! A potluck will follow. Friday, April 29th from 1-4pm for the farm portion, and 4:45pm - 6:30pm for the Shabbat potluck.

The UW Farm does great work supporting hyper-local and just food supplies. Kids welcome if they are supervised for the entire duration. Volunteering will be followed by an outdoor candle lighting and potluck Shabbat get-together. Due to farm volunteering rules, please: sign up beforehand, be on time, and be vaccinated. Please, no walk-ups for the farm volunteering component.

Join us afterwards starting at 4:45pm for an outdoor potluck Shabbat event. We will meet at the picnic tables at the UW Farm itself. Search for "UW Farm at the Center for Urban Horticulture" or look at the attached map. In case of rain, we will meet at the nearby Burke Gilman Brewing Company.
