We're happy to announce that Alison Laichter will be back at Kavana for Selichot and Yom Kippur, facilitating Jewish meditation experiences. This pre-High Holiday Meditation Workshop will be framed with High Holiday melodies and will include meditation instruction, writing exercises, and tools for using contemplative practice designed to get us in the spirit of these Days of Awe.
